Paying extra for the large spa suite was a waste of money. Bathroom floor tiles all cracked. Spa damaged, bathroom cabinets damaged, cold water sink tap is actually also hot water. The room is old and very outdated, the tv is drap. Housekeeping only made the bed and never removed the old towels or old dirty dishes. The carpets in hallways all lifted and damaged. The lift takes forever. The pool needs an upgrade and was filthy. I’m so disgusted at my stay and really angry it cost so much. Breakfast is too expensive and should have been included in the ridiculous price. Do not stay here

Sir/Madem., my stay in your hotel is really nice/clean., maybe if I travel again,hope I’ll love to stay,& this is not empty praise., few times I stayed in Perth/Darwn & Sydney. Yours is best.,& Sir I’m 75yrs,& while check out, I forgot to ask,I mean apart from the rent I paid another 100$ as deposit & I’m not good at online/ internet etc,so would you please kindly give some details about that. Bed was very comfortable, room size generous, but the bathroom was a little tired (stained grout, old tap ware). Cleaners hadn’t been very observant as I found food smears on the cupboard door. Air conditioning was noisy. Hotel served its purpose of a functional nights stay but it is not lux.

Clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Very quiet. Aircon fortunately could be operated to avoid being excessively cold. Room service food was average in my view, pre-cooked probably not microwaved hot enough upon serving (the curry).

We were allowed early check in on arrival - much appreciated. Room was well appointed and completely clean. The weather was in the high 30’s but the A/C was easily up to the task. Staff was very helpful. The included breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommended.
