Clean, pleasant and easy to find and check in. Only issue is the door to the downstairs bathroom is broken. Would stay there again.

Stay in Adelaide
The property is comfortable for 4 people and the location is excellent, close to the market, restaurants and tram, but not in the busy and noisy part of CBD. The only problem was a gym close by that played loud music on Saturday mornings from 7-8 am. The property was cleaned when we arrived, although the carpets and rugs had several stains and appeared old. They should probably be replaced. The management was excellent in replying to our queries and were very quick in fixing any issues. When we mentioned that the shower head in the en-suite bathroom wasn’t working well, they immediately replaced with a brand new one. The TV is a bit old and doesn’t have many apps. Overall, we had a very good stay and if it wasn’t for those small issues with the carpets/rugs and TV, I would have given them the full 5 stars.

Falls short of expectations
Check in was traumatic- door into house was locked. When I opened the front door the house alarm went off. Called for help and was told the house didn’t have an alarm- it took 5 calls and over an hour to get the code and instructions sent to me. Cat or similar hair on the rugs. Toaster doesn’t work No hot water in kitchen or downstairs bathroom in the evenings. Dryer in a stupid location- we hit our heads.
