- Luxurious Villa (finished in autumn 2018) located secluded from its smaller twin Villa Falcon on a 6500 m2 gated plot of beautiful wild cretan landscape with a large unshared12m x 5m white marble surrounded heated private Infinity Pool with breathtaking seaview AND YOUR private fenced and unshared beach area with your private reserved beach chairs (logically also not shared) and direct access to Plaka beach and the sea 5 minutes by car downhill from your villa. (private reserved beach chairs, umbrellas, barbecue, shower, toilet, distance to the water 15 meters! etc.).

- This villa offers the best of both worlds: The quietness and stunning views from high up that gives you the "Santorini feeling" as well as the luxury of your little private area directly adjacent to the cristal clear waters of Plaka beach.

- the rooms of the villa on the ground floor are for maximum privacy not connected by doors but open towards the large verandas and pool in front of the villa and on the side of the living room area.

- The groundfloor is luxuriously built completely of natural stone and offers maximum privacy and comfort (no stairs, barrier free all on one floor, directly accessible from the large private parking without steps or height differences) has 3 equal sleeping rooms with A/C, breathtakimg seaviews from ALL rooms, en Suite bathrooms with Shower, Toilet and sink as well as a large living room (Seaview, A/C) with fine integrated kitchen and access to the basement.

- Large cool basement, accessible from the living room with further 2 sleeping rooms (available if the Villa is booked for more than 6 persons):
large sleeping room with large double bed (A/C, en suite bathroom, no seaview, NATURAL light through a large lightwell) and from 2022 on an extra bedroom (A/C, bathroom, no seaview, NATURAL light through a lightwell) with 2 comfortable single beds as well as a laundry room with washing machine etc.

- Each sleeping room on the ground floor has its individual access from outside as well as automatic shudders and heavy sliding doors warranting maximum privacy of each sleeping room if desired.

- The living room opens up to the gigantic pool platform with the 12 x 5 m heated infinity Pool (electric high quality pool cover with ecological pool heating) with roman stairs, surrounded by white marble and towards the beautiful mountain a wall with reproductions of antique statues.

- A shower and a barbecue area are located next to the pool and the shady pergolas where your outside eating tables and your outside couch are located, all overlooking the Island of Spinalonga as well as the whole gulf of Mirambello with the pitoresque orange couloured mountains of Sitia on the other side of the gulf.

- A perfect place to come down from the stress of our everyday life, you hear just the faint murmur of the engines of the fishing boats in the bay, the wind in the surrounding olive- and charupi-trees and the soft flow of the pool.

- Within 5 minutes by car you are down in vibrant Plaka with tons of Tavernas, Cafes, a Supermarket - and your private reserved beach area right on Plake beach.


- PLEASE NOTE: The base rate you pay is for maximum 6 persons. If you will be more than 6 pers staying for a night this results in an extra charge which is calculated automatically by the system on your statement of the maximum number of persons in your party when you book. This is independent if during any dates during your stay you will be less persons. You can book additional persons until the maximum capacity of the Villa anytime prior to your arrival or during your stay directly with our host on Crete. When you book for up
to 6 persons we will prepare the 3 double bedrooms on groundfloor for you. When you book for more persons we will also prepare for each 2 more guests one bedroom in the basement for you. Please let us know after booking if you need to use extra bedrooms.

-No steps except down to laundry room and basement appartment.(further double room with full A/C, en suite bathroom and lightwell coated with white local stone.

- There are no Taverns, Bars within 2 km of the Villa for the sake of tranquility and noise avoidance.

- The twin Villa Falcon (4-8 persons) is located on the same gated plot but below and out of the way of this Villa and with enough privacy distance.

- Pool temperatures: (Electrical Pool heating with inverter technology with our own Photovoltaik Electricity, Zero CO²) : March to May 25° Celsius, 77° F, June to September 25° to 31° Celsius, October, November 25° Celsius, 77° Fahrenheit
To reach these temperatures and to protect the environment you are asked to close in Spring and autumn the automatic electric Pool cover at least in the evening and on cold days during the day when not using the pool.

- Also in summer: Villa Eagle is environmental friendly as it is built mainly from local stone and very well insulated against heat and your warmwater is completely solar heated as well as the pool with a large external solar suported electrical heating system. The Villas have a large joint photovoltaic system to protect the atmosphere.
