Villa Paraty is a fantastic 4-bedroom villa affording a prime location in Corcovada, near the well known Strip of Albufeira, famous for restaurants and bars. With a private swimming pool and an incredibly central location, this modern property is ideal for those looking for a relaxed, car-free holiday.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (1 with an en-suite bathroom) and 1 twin bedroom, as well as an additional bathroom and lovely balconies with relaxing pool views. The 4th bedroom (twin) and 3rd bathroom are located on the ground floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. A spacious living / dining room with large comfortable sofas allows you to lounge with a view outside to the swimming pool.

Villa Paraty provides free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a TV.

Outside, the pool deck with a private swimming pool invites you to jump in and relax in the sun, while a brick BBQ allows for summer grilling to be enjoyed with family and friends by the pool.

The property has a large garden with beautiful plants and grassy areas surrounding the house, as well as being completely walled and fenced, with a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance and an automatic gate leading to the parking facilities.

Villa Paraty is in the Corcovada area of Albufeira. Ideal for family groups or friends, it’s within a short walking distance of all nearby amenities including a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. Praia da Oura or Praia de Santa Eulália beaches are about a 15-minute walk away (5-minute drive), as is the Albufeira Strip. The Old Town is just an 8-minute drive away.

Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.

The location was fine. Property looked good on the outside, nice to have a pool. Too many things missing or broken inside, bare minimum of supplies for cleaning/basic necessities. Walk to beach was more like 20-25min.

Fantastic Villa

This is the first villa I have stayed in, usually opting for apartments or hotels. We were a family of 7 adults. The villa is beautiful and has everything you could need. The photos on the website really don't do it justice at all. Great memories!

Ich feiere den Geburtstag meiner Frau in Portugal.

Alles am Haus ist perfekt. Meine Familie hat es so gut gefallen und kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, aber in der Nähe von Restaurants und Geschäften. Olivia war großartig darin, die Kuchen zu organisieren, die ins Haus geliefert wurden. Meine Frau liebte die Überraschung. Ich danke Ihnen sehr!

Holidays

We go on holidays to Algarve once a year. We were a family of 9 which included 4 children. The property was perfect as it was fenced with a wall around the whole house which has allowed us to be rested in relation to the children. The kids were always busy inside the pool as we booked pool heating. It was a great idea because the weather was a little chilly. We all really enjoyed this gorgeous, well situated villa. The only downside was the difficulty to get taxis for the whole group. Being with small kids was more difficult because of the number of people. Fortunately, we mention that to the local representatives during our stay and they provided their own local transfers every time we needed transportation. And their prices were not bad. We have to thank them as they always answered our calls. Thank you, Miguel. Thank you Joau. Great service.

Perfect huis voor een groep jongeren of groot gezin

Alles in het huis zag er netjes uit en de eigenaar was aardig. 5/10 minuten lopen naar de strip en 10/15 naar strand. Rustige locatie in een woonwijk. Zeker een aanrader!
