The reception staff were pretty useless... waited a long time to be served. Didn't answer the phones when I called from my room. There were no towels available at the pool and no one seemed to replace them at any point while I was there. One of the lifts also smelled like beer and vommit when I left at 5am to go to the airport but no staff seemed to be on duty during the night to clean it. None of these things mattered too much for a one night stay but I wouldn't choose to stay longer.

A 'decent' hotel in a great area. For the reasonably low price, I wasn't expecting much, and that's exactly what we got. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was quite good too. A number of very small disappointments: No bottle opener in room; accidentally charged too much; wasn't given All points because didn't book with the app; Accor's famous honeycomb was covered in a way that made it difficult to access; coffee machine not functioning. Not bad at all, but not great. Worth the price!

Very disappointed for 4.5 star hotel . The room was comfortable however furnishings were old needs revamping. Had to ask for slippers was told not available when told to see the manager slippers turned up in the room . Had to request twice for bath gowns. Television not working sound picture disappearing . Breakfast room dirty tables and cloth seats dirty stains etc . Needless to say very disappointed For a Brand name Novotel 4:5 star hotel .
