Stayed here multiple times. Still feel that it's the best value for money place. Very conveniently located, close to plenty of restaurants and the city centre.

Convenient location. Service can be friendly or hands off. Property layout means you can be far way from elevators. Décor in hallway is dated but inferior is nice, comfortable, less dated and clean. Though we did see one cockroach in the morning the room did not feel dirty. Parking is a no-cover parking on property, spaces limited. Small rectangle pool with minimal heating is in the residential building next door, not easy to access.

Parking is a bit of an issue if you go out at night you risk not being able to park in the htoel car park. Apart from that tje staff were amazing.

Clean and quite central to everything. However, hotel and room facilities need some upgrading. Pool is not in the building, you’ll need to walk to another area to access it. Room TV doesn’t have any access to any entertainment (like Netflix or Foxtel) apart from local channels. But, nevertheless, the amount you pay for an accommodation for this property is value for money.

It's a nice hotel, staff was friendly and approachable. Top floor restaurant was closed during both nights, so that was unfortunate. However, the bar was open so we were able to grab dinner. Room was in great condition and clean. Would stay again.

We where there Saturday night only and the only issue we had was not enough parking for a hotel that size we had to end up parking in the street.What I would like to know are there any plans to buy any of the land next door where all the old government homes used to be yes I am an old Canberra boy so would like to hear some feed back
