It should have been pointed out on the web page that the property was part of the YMCA Group. I have nothing against children been given a good time at this facility but this information should have been disclosed when booking a room.

The room was very clean and spacious,but could have used a table and chair in the room so you had somewhere to sit rather than having to sit on the bed all the time. The block out blinds where amazing

Room 21 had a stale smell, needed airing out. some marks on the wall, Nice shower and separate toliet, good vakue for money. Will come back. Needed help with finding an EV charger tand they printed out maps to show me where. Awesome.

The staff were wonderfully responsive to our needs of a late check-in and having the room well ventilated prior to our arrival. We loved the cleanliness of the room and the modern facilities. The surrounding area was quiet and lovely... the ornamental pears were spectacularly in bloom. My only complaint is mobile coverage on the Optus network is non-existent if you need to rely on your mobile for calls or internet use. You will need to use their wi-fi.
