HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - everything, right from the condition of the rooms to the service of the staff was downright disgusting. The suite was infested with big flies - not just one or two but so many that we could not even kill all of them and after many hassles and phone calls were moved to another smaller room which was also as bad as the suite.
We could not sleep the entire night and our experience was a horrifying one. The hotel staff did not even feel apologetic and the manager did not bother to address our concerns. They also refused to refund the amount they charged for the suite after we were moved to a smaller room.
There were other smaller issues like wet towels in the room - it seemed that they had not even inspected the room before we arrived. The housekeeping services did not seem to exist.
@Hotels.com: Please process a refund of our entire stay and ensure that hotels that you list do not provide such third-class disappointing services to customers.
