A nice apartment. Great view of the river. Helpful front counter staff. No daily room clean which suits me. They do a clean at 7 days but you can request additional items such as shampoo or towels at no charge before 7 days. Would stay again.

Spectacular view
Beautiful property with magical view - close to pubs and supermarkets and south bank. Had everything to self cater - staff were amazing and I could not fault the room - highly recommended.
Great apartment in a really awesome location. Friendly and helpful staff. I loved the communication before my stay as to my arrival details, and that my room was available even though I arrived early. This was much appreciated. I really enjoyed my stay.
The property is safe and in a quiet location easy access to the main bus and train stations. One thing I like most is key access to the building by the residents only and visitors to the apartment, so I feel very safe during my stay at Ivy and Eve. The rooms are also nice and clean.

I can enjoy the firework show of happy new year. It's very close to the place.
Convenient conditions
I had to late check-in because of my flight schedule. The hotel manager gave the relief to me by checking my intentions. It makes me rest assure that I don't have to worry about too late to check in.

Fabulous Staff And A Great Stay
We have stayed at these units before and really enjoyed our stay so didn’t hesitate in booking it again. Our first 2 hours at the apartment were riddled with issues, but the staff were apologetic and prompt with correcting the problems - ending with a change of unit. The staff saved the day and our mini-holiday. They are an absolute credit to the business. They turned what would’ve been a 2/5 star review to 5/5. Give them a pay rise! They deserve it. Thank you!

linen was not clean and some hair and the shower room.

The aircon is pretty poor, can’t put it below 20. Water pressure in the shower isn’t the greatest. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced stay in a pinch sure but I’d book elsewhere next time

Additional fee for secure parking. Was easy to find park & not have to worry about car safety.
Rooms were nice, clean, spacious. Plenty of amenities for self-contained room.
Within walking distance of Southbank parklands, museums, eateries, etc.

The location was fantastic. Very easy to walk to cafes, restaurants, Southbank, museum and QPAC. Buses and trains were also very easy to get to. IGA just around the corner.
Although we really enjoyed the view from our apartment (it had a nice balcony), the apartment itself had quite a few issues. It was very worn (stained carpets/dirty walls) which in itself wouldn't have been a problem for us, but it needed a really good clean -the showers smelled, the baseboards were covered in dirt/dust and the light switches were filthy. We found someone else's laundry still hanging over one of the lights in the living area. Neither the air conditioning or the microwave worked properly. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes -not sure if this was the machine or the poor detergent supplied. For the cost, we would have expected better as these things should be regularly checked and easily fixed.

Ivy and Eve Apartments is in a great location very close to the Southbank. However, our apartment had a number of issues on arrival; the balcony/terrace was flooded and there was no way to unblock it, the washing machine door would not shut so we couldn’t use it, and although the fridge lights and display were on the fridge and freezer were not chilling. To be fair to reception, they moved us to another apartment, although it was a bit smaller. All the amenities worked though, so that was a bonus! The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a couple of nights. We were on the 21st floor too, so the views were fabulous!
Always enjoy staying at Ivy & Eve by CLLIX great location lots of dining options and walkable to West End, Southbank, Convention Centre etc

Highly recommended for convenience and comfort.
My weeklong stay at the Ivy was excellent! Great location, helpful staff, comfortable/clean apartment with everything I needed, and a nice view! The building amenities are also wonderful.
