We arrived before 2pm, and they were unable to accomodate earlier check-in. However, we did the credit card and id process, yet they never thought to call us past 2pm to tell us our room was ready. At 3pm when back, they never even bothered delivering our checked in luggage up to the rooms to be there upon arrival! So, no considerate forward planning for a 4.5 start hotel. On top of this, all sanitiser stations had no hand sanitiser in them, and were not replenished when asked (until the next day) ! Lastly, the bathrooms were in need of renovating and cleaning with piles of dust pertruding out of the fan. So, when fan was on, lord knows what was circulating! They would not honour a later check-out when asked. Until of course, I then told them to come up and inspect the state of the fan. Only then, did we get a later check-out and moved to another room. So, I would not stay there again at all !

No vent in bathroom causing condensation in the bathroom and leaving belongings wet, if you leave the door open it has the potential to set the fire alarms could go off. But everything else I would give 5 stars.

We booked three rooms for six people and rang ahead to confirm bed arrangements, as instructed by the hotel. On arrival, staff said there was no record of the call and were unwilling to help, instead suggesting a $40 roll-away bed. After returning from a concert, we discovered the rooms were allocated incorrectly and had to swap them ourselves. Key cards were not updated, resulting in one guest being locked out for nearly an hour late at night, with staff showing little urgency or care. Bathrooms were tiny and not very clean, breakfast service was unfriendly, and coffee was poor. Overall, a very disappointing stay due to poor communication and customer service. Would not return.
