The room air con was really noisy and the staff could not respond to simple requests for how to do things like exit parking with the room key. The checkin was clunky with no real explanation of what was needed quickly.
The breakfast was really great. The staff were sweet and when issues arose they responded well with the support required to help.
The checkout was really easy.
Room was good and comfortable. Wasn’t clean though. Floor hadn’t been vacuumed, fingernails on floor and still hair in the bathroom.
Was a bit yucky with a crawling baby.
Pool area looked nice though didn’t get to use.
Great welcome and professional approach. Lovely room and view. Nothing was too much trouble. Helpful and warm environment in the bar/ restaurant. Super comfy bed and spacious bathroom.
Neat and tidy rooms, street back from convention centre. Had to park our car here as onsite hotel parking was at capacity. Room service breakfast was good.
Great close access to South Bank fun. 20 min to the airport and across the street from the convention center. Room was a little tight for a teen, mom and dad, but we only needed it for one night so it worked for us.
Overall we enjoyed our stays at this hotel. Our only feedback would be in relation to the separation of the bathroom from the bedroom area. In the junior suite for example the full wall glass partition may not be to everyone’s liking due to the lack of privacy it provides. It is definitely an unusual design concept.
