I choose this hotel for its location, as it is across from the Botanical Gardens so my outlook was nature not other buildings. It has all the facilities you need and is still close to shops, transport, a walkable distance.

The property was perfect for location. However having to move due to wifi breakdown was disappointing, in addition to being charged an extra $4 for every room service order, why not just include it in the meal price? Outside of that being opposite the gardens was lovely.

2 day Christmas celebration.
Pre - Christmas celebration with friends. Thoroughly enjoyed the time at the pool. Good size pool for inner city. Great selection of restaurants for all budgets nearby. Close proximity to city Centre for shopping. Very clean hotel with friendly professional staff. Good selection at buffet breakfast. Omelets made to order. Very lucky to get upgraded to a suite amazing views over the Botanical gardens, excellent size room with lounge suite TV and ding size table with 6 chairs.
