The staff were really friendly. They extended my checkout by 30 minutes which I appreciate. However, the room was dark, shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, toilet paper roll was falling off and the bathroom floor looked grimy. For a 4 star hotel I was surprised and disappointment. Would have rather saved my money on something more affordable. I know that booking with a 3rd party automatically gets you the worst room in the place. But there was construction RIGHT outside my window. I could high 5 the workers if I wanted to. And their toilet was right there too. Super uncool even for an Expedia booking.

easy check-in, very clean room. did notice some repairs needed to be done on the bathtub. overrall good experience. ashame we didn't get to stay longer. being on the last floor - with amazing views was a nice touch to end our vacation.

Staff are amazing! Kenny, Steve, Russel, Mai and Daniela are all hospitable, accommodating, friendly and took pride in their jobs which reflected in their customer service. We are already looking forward to our next visit and staying with Mercure Spring Hill again.

Not worth the stay for price
Paid $1000 for 2 nights to get there and the room was not even stocked with anything, no kitchen or anything like toilet paper, towels ect. I rang to request more they gave me 1 roll and asked I pay for towel. Had to pay $50 for parking spot. Was definitely a disappointment
