Reception is only open until 5pm. We were told we’d receive out of hour’s instructions which included a phone number to call when 10min away. Though no one answered the number and eventually I’d just get put through to an answering machine. I tried the number 6 times as well as all the numbers on the building door. We were locked out on the street for 30min at 8pm with 2 children under 5. Eventually someone answered call and let us in but we had to wait a further 10min fir the building manager (who looks after all their apartments) to drive over and give us the key. Such a stressful experience! We had started looking for alternate accommodation as we had assumed the number provided was incorrect and we weren’t getting in. Despite leaving numerous voice message no one from reception got in touch next day to apologise or check all was ok. In addition the aircon in the room did not work. We will not stay again!

Worse bed mattresses, you sink in so bad. Found a cockroach walking in the bathroom. Pool was full area was full of rubbish and the floors were nasty. No one answers the after hours phone line for late checkin. Reception lady was very nice and polite.

Well situated
Great location, clean place, friendly check in staff. My only so so comment would be that a few items like kitchen scissors, hair dryer, mirrors in 2nd bedroom were missing. We did not use local ground transportation as we walked to most of our destination.

It was a really nice looking 3 bedroom apartment, but it was not a great stay for us. Do not book here if you need to check-in on a weekend and/or after hours. I called multiple times to let them know when I was coming and was told “I have to call back when you are ten minutes away and the conceirge will be their to check you in”. We did this and when we arrived no one was there. When I dialled up on the intercom no one was there. I had to call back again and finally an additional 15 minutes later we get checked-in and someone was in our allocated car park, so I had to call up again… The rooms are nice, but the room that is at the front of the building, it is like a sauna in the room and the Aircon wasn’t working well. I would avoid a room on that side if you stay there. It is saved by a great area and ample things to do!

Great location & good facilities for travellers.
Great location. Good facilities (kitchen and washer, dryer and ironing board). The cleaning wasn't the greatest. Only one bedside lamp in bedroom - a bit strange. Balcony looked directly at the balconies of teh neighbopuring apartment block. Unfortunately, there was also a major construction site in operation 6 days a week, so it wasn't relaxing hanging out here.

Good location for activities and venues in Southbank and West End. Easy check in and check out. Good communication from Atlas Apartment staff before checking in and during check in. Apartment condition and cleanliness was good. We were in building 1 and didn’t have a view but we weren’t worried about the view. Amenities in the apartment were excellent. Good size pool but it was very cold. Outdoor bbq area is great.
