Our stay at the Elysium Hotel in Cyprus was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The entire experience was nothing short of exceptional, and we are genuinely grateful for everything the hotel did to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and immaculate facilities. Every detail has been carefully thought out, and it truly felt like a luxurious haven. However, what made our stay even more special was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A particular highlight was the exceptional care they took with our dietary preferences. As vegetarians, we were so appreciative of the variety of options offered to us at every meal. The staff took the time to understand our needs, and the chefs were more than happy to accommodate us, making each dining experience a delight. We’d like to give a special mention to Andres, the supervisor manager, who made such a difference in our stay. He always went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, and his genuine care for our comfort and satisfaction was truly remarkable. His dedication and attention to detail really stood out, and we are so thankful for his efforts. Thank you to the entire Elysium team for making our stay so special. We had a wonderful stay at the Ivi Mare in Cyprus. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded our expectations. Diana and Katys at the front desk were exceptional—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Diana, in particular, provided us with excellent recommendations for local cuisine, vineyards, and sightseeing, which really enriched our experience. The spa was another highlight of our stay. Vasso, the spa manager, delivered outstanding customer service and ensured that both my wife and I received remarkable massages and facials. Her attention to detail and care made for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. One of the things we appreciated most was how safe and walkable the area around the hotel is. We enjoyed several peaceful strolls along the seafront and easily explored nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions on foot. It made our stay even more relaxing, knowing we could enjoy so much without the need for transportation. The hotel itself is a gem—modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our first visit to Cyprus memorable. We are already looking forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic room albeit needs some updating as do other areas of the hotel. However the position of the hotel, staff & ambience makes up for any shortfall in the cosmetics. Another great stay thank you.
