When my daughter went to unfold the comforter it was just full of food crumbs and trash. She didn't end up sleeping on the fold out comforter because we were grossed out. Other than that, everything else was good. Nice and quiet, great location, and everything was minutes away by vehicle.

The staff was outstanding! Breakfast was also good. My issue is that I'm allergic to dogs, and they seemed to be everywhere, even in the eating area. That was the only negative for me.

My family had a long layover and decided to stay at a hotel. The Hyatt was convenient with airport shuttle and location walking distance to restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable and hot breakfast was included.

Love it

Great for my little family! We absolutely loved it! Our room was big and my daughter loved the pull out bed. We spent most of our time at the pool. And the breakfast was delicious!! We’ll 100% be coming back to this place!

Comfortable hotel with good breakfast options. Reasonable price. Shuttle service was great and delivering us downtown, to the rail station and airport. Assistant manager was very accommodating.

Did not meet expectations at all.

We arrived at 4:30 p.m. and were told no rooms were available. We were told we would have to wait 15-20 minutes, which turned out to be 3.5 hours. We didn't get to our room until 8:00 p.m. We were given the excuse that it was Sunday and they only had two staff. Not Good! The attire the person at the front desk was wearing was shocking. He was wearing a dirty T-shirt and a ragged zip-up blue hooded sweatshirt. It was not professional-looking at all. The room lacked several things. The water for the bathroom sink came out in a trickle. I understand water conservation, but this was ridiculous. The room lacked a sufficient-sized desk to do my work, and I was surprised the room did not have a microwave. The front entrance and the entrance by the pool were littered with more cigarette butts than I could count. Seriously, I mean a lot of cigarette butts. I smoke and was appalled to see so many cigarette butts. The beds were nice. Slept well. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. I had a feeling this might happen when I met the front desk person, who looked like he had just come off the street. Couple that with the 3.5-hour delay getting to our room and the issues we had with our room, I elected to leave a day early.
