I am writing to report an issue with our recent stay. Prior to arrival, I called to ask if an extra twin bed could be added to our one-bedroom suite. I was told this would be checked and that if it was not possible, we would keep our original suite. However, upon arrival, we were given a standard room with two twin beds instead. We were informed that our suite had been given to another guest for the first night, despite us having paid for the one-bedroom suite for four nights. Additionally, the receptionist, Greta, was rude and unhelpful when we raised this issue. We would appreciate an explanation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience. Thanks

The rooms were clean, although underneath the TV stand/drawers could have been cleaned a lot better. The tv and streaming cast options we’re down for the first two nights, so my family and I weren’t able to watch anything which is not that big of a deal but it’s nice to have some background noise.

The room was great and everything friendly staff and super easy check in. But I booked this hotel specifically because they offered an airport shuttle service. I tried to book one when I landed and when I needed a ride back to the airport the next day but it was unsuccessful. No one picked up the phone which was disappointing. Not too sure if I’ll stay here again

Not enough towels was my only complaint not in any area, the pool had no towels our room had limited towels and when we put them out we didn’t get new ones, gym only had hand towels and when I sent my son to ask for fresh towels they told him they were out. Didn’t ask for our room number to give us a call when they were ready or nothing.

Restaurant was closed one day because power outages.. but room service fsiled miserably..we asked for our room to be ckeaned on day 2. No one showed up. We were told we had to request that ahead of time..wgen we arrived no shampoo. No soap. Had to ask 3 people . And didnt get until next day.. pool and hot tub were great.. Breakfast was exceptional

Arrived after check in time, room not ready. I was put in another room, it was clean and comfortable. However, the shower gel was completely empty and there was only 1 small bar of soap by the sink. The entry light by ybe door was burned out. The room was pretty dark. A brighter light and possibly a mirror would have been nice to have in bathroom.

My wife and I were there on Dec. 3. We went to check in and were told the room would be ready in 15 or 20 minutes. it was not ready until an hour and 15 minutes later. Then we were directed to a room that looked at least 50 yards away--far too far for us to walk. We returned to the lobby and were given a smaller room closer by. I asked for some lesser charge as $210 seemed extravagant. This was denied and disappointing. I think you could have done better. The sleep was okay, but the service seemed poor.
