Second living room downstairs with large open space . Decorated and furnished in quality furnishing and fittings.
Property features: Four bedrooms with enough room for a cot, three renovated bathrooms (one ensuite) - fully renovated laundry with new appliances. Upstairs large balcony with outdoor seating & BBQ. The downstairs living area opens into a large outdoor landscaped area with seating and a large umbrella.
The property is close to everything that Anglesea is known for, from beaches and rivers for water sports, national parks for fauna and wildlife, outback areas for riding of dirt bikes, walking and running tracks or just cruising the Great Ocean Road.
