Staff were excellent. Food was lovely. Arrogant and rude customers who took chairs from the pool to smoke and drink outside on the pavement. Was handled very well by the young fellow (Staff Member)with the dark hair.

The card reader did not work, the automatic number plate recognition for the car park work once in 5 I parked in the street after that, I asked for a refund, the speaker in the car park is not marked and very small, so you have to go inside to sort out, the room was a top room but on the 1st floor with no view had lower rated rooms before there with a great view, overall would never stay there again.
