You can't beat the location. An easy walk to shopping, pubs and restaurants. Friendly reception much appreciated after a long drive. Room was comfortable with everything you need at hand. Showing its age now but affordable.

Very tired and dated. Internet worked in reception and not in the room. Broken chair in room. Electrical wires evident. Best advice to travellers- don't stop. Go elsewhere.

The mattress was great and so was the location but unfortunately a few things took away from that. The main light in the room was flickering so couldn’t be used. There was a child lock on the tv so couldn’t watch anything over an MA15 rating. No toilet paper was a problem. Luckily they had tissues in the bathroom!! And the shower was mouldy. Yes I could have called reception but after travelling for hours, we couldn’t be bothered and just went to sleep. I would have bought it up with reception the next morning but she served me while she was talking on the phone so I left.

Just a little more than you would expect.
Really wanted to express out appreciation for the cleanliness and attention to our room. Never did we think we would receive daily service to our room. Breakfast was nothing overly special, however my husband could not believe full sausages with scrambled eggs, I liked the fact they had fresh orange juice from a machine squashing oranges, and fresh coffee frim a machine which tasted better than the Novotel we had come from in Melb. Not only that, but we got a bag of washing done and dried for a very reasonable amount and back in our room before early afternoon. Got to say guys, you helped us out and did not shirk from anything we asked. Hospitality at its best.

Great city location for transport, shopping and sightseeing. Helpful friendly staff - room was well furnished and had a fantastic free cooked breakfast in upstairs dining room - definitely recommend this motel.

Less than a 5 minute walk to Myers, big W, Target and JB hifi, Railway stn and buses. At least 20 restaurants within 2 blocks. Motel is a little aged but large rooms, modern appliances and a really nice bed. Will stay there sgain

Good location facility needs work and well under
Definitely has potential but facility needs work and more staff to cover basic needs. Didn’t get much sleep because of guests walking above creating noise. Toilet didn’t flush properly . Bathroom taps and shower taps were leaking and nearly came off in my hand. Television came on at 1:15am by itself and continued to do this every 15 minutes until turned off at the outlet.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the motel was very clean and the staff were lovely. Its an older motel and the bathrooms are a bit tired. the beds were extremely comfortable and we thought it was very good value.
