Staycation here while visiting my husband’s family. Check in: arrived at 2:15pm to check in and was told we had to wait until 3:00pm on the dot. A bit weird but we agreed. At 2:55pm, my husband went to the desk to start the process as we were eager to get settled, was told they weren’t ready yet 😵💫. Ended up getting into the room around 3:20pm. Room service: at 3:30 I ordered room service. Some items were not available. So we ordered 2 club sandwiches (which came with fries ) plus an extra order of fries for my son. Sandwiches arrived at 4:45, extremely cold and with no fries! The bread was hard as if the sandwiches had been waiting to be delivered. They arrived with a small bowl of fries for my son at 5:30, which were also freezing cold. Dinner at feast: We opted for half board so we had dinner in the hotel buffet. Quality was extremely bad. It didn’t begin until 7:30pm and we arrived at that time but food was cold even though it just began. Not all food was ready and we had to wait a bit for them to finish setting up. Breakfast: excellent! All items cooked fresh and served warm! Pool: small but nice for small children. Atmosphere is good music is good as well. Cafe on site. We returned to our room after a long morning in the sun to find no AC! We called 3 times within a. 4 hour period before deciding to go to the lobby and speak with someone. Was fixed after dinner. For a Sheraton the quality is just not as it should be, however for Annaba, it is a great start.
