The aircon to our room was leaking building up a puddle on the floor someone could have slipped on it during the night if they didnt see it
The building is VERY tired , the room service is a joke , the restaurant isn't open , the room keys didn't work in the parking area at any time and were unreliable entering the room
Condition of room was below standard. Worn out toilet and spa not appearing clean. Curtains had bad stains and chair was not cleaned, very dusty. We were charged 20 dollars for parking and exit gate was not working apparently not for a month now. We stayed in this hotel 5 years ago in a different room which was a lot better at that time hence the choice to stay here again. Not sure if we will come back now. Staff were friendly.
Room card had to update multiple times 6 at least
times.
Spa , bed and furniture were all stained, holed and dirty.

I think that the Housekeeping department need to up their standards as there were dirty coffee mugs and glasses from the previous guests in the cupboard. Air-conditioning was leaking dripping water onto the carpet we put towels on the floor so that it would some how soak up the water but the carpet was wet in the end
Arrived at 1245 and I was met by a rather rude big kiwi guy at reception. I was informed my room wasn't ready and when I asked when might it be I was told if I wanted an early check in (all of an hour) I'd have to pay an additional $60 to which I laughed.
He said he'd call me as soon as it was ready which he never did at 1415 I returned and told it was now ready I should have charged him $60 for it being ready after my check in time.
The room itself was average, the light above the basin didn’t work so you had to rely on poor lighting from the room and the basin was badly cracked BUT the worst part was when my partner picked up someone elses underwear thinking they were mine....gross!
So much for housekeeping!
I eventually spoke to whom I presume was the manager who to her credit cringed when I told her what we'd found and had accounted at check in.
The $60 fee she said is only for those wanting like a 1000 or 1100 check in not an hour before which said alot about the guy's attitude at check in in the first place.
She kindly refunded 1 nights rate and our parking $20 per night which we appreciated but they need to get rid of their current staff if they want better reviews and believe in customer service.
We then went downstairs with the intention of having a drink and a feed to be met with every table being reserved for a party unless we wanted to sit outside near the kerb and traffic.
We left and went elsewhere overall a horrible experience and we'll never return.

The room was a good size, the spa was awesome, damage on a wall in the toilet needs to be repaired, there was no sugar sachets with the tea & coffee. I rang the reception about 6.15pm with no answer. I rang for about 5 minutes on both numbers from phone in room then from my mobile but no answer. I just needed to know how to set the tv.
Not what I was expecting for the price. Staff stayed on personal mobile call when I waited at check in desk. I was handed a well used small yellow paper envelope with the key card. The room was dirty with sanitary product wrappers on the floor. The room was filled with scuff marks, cracks on walls. The shower head was dribbling n spurting in all directions which suggested it needed replacing or a good clean. No bathroom or toilet bin only one open bin in main area. Sheets were stained in various places. Shower curtains were used to seperate the bathroom from sleeping area. Not ideal when you’ve booked a two bed room n not sharing with a partner/spouse. Check out no one at reception and didn’t answer my 3 phone calls. Just overall a very unpleasant and underwhelming stay.
