We booked this hotel with the main focus being to enjoy the swimming pool with my 7-year-old son. But unfortunately, we ended up leaving before unpacking. Upon arrival, we were informed that the pool was unavailable, and we would need to walk several hundred meters down the road to use a public swimming pool instead. This was extremely disappointing as it was a key reason for our booking. Additionally, I booked a room for three people, but when we arrived, there was only one bed and no arrangement provided for my son to sleep in. This was quite surprising and inconvenient. The hotel itself is showing its age, so understandably renovations are underway. However, I feel that these renovations and the lack of facilities should have been clearly communicated during the booking process to ensure potential guests are fully aware of what to expect. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of expectations, and we decided not to stay.

This property is falling apart. We had to switch rooms 3 times. There was mold and doors not working correctly and almost no linen hair dryer was broken in one room chemical smells in another room toilet flush button not working in 3rd room. The hotel staff in general were good yet several people basically ignored us. Breakfast was average. Dinner was nice but took a long time and only 7 tables had people the night we ate there. Management did listen to our concerns and tried to help but with rooms in bad conditions they couldn’t do much.

Clean, spacious, easy parking, close to the beach... In terms of quiet, not so much. I thought beachfront meant that, but the noise throughout the day and night was pretty bad, was not the picture of sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves as I thought. Also the balcony never got the sun... The thing I found super deceptive, is that I deliberately booked the hotel with a pool and only on my arrival was I told, there is no pool at this stage, yet they are still advertising it as a hotel and pool.

I did NOT like the rock hard mattresses on the beds. Made sleeping so uncomfortable and had sore shoulders and back after 2 nights on very hard and uncomfortable mattresses, love the bar and dining room and the menu was small but good, the buffet breakfast was great food was well cooked and a great variety,,, Also did NOT like that the TV was not a smart tv, made for very boring veiwing…. The room service menu was good also.
