Unfortunate that the computer system had been down for over a day.
While I didn’t have as long of a wait to check in unlike my friends that were waiting over an hour along with a lot of other people .
And the problems with the lifts and keys cards was quite annoying. Having to wait or find someone to scan Mastercard to get us to our floors was getting tiresome. There was even a time that the lift stopped at every floor even though no one was waiting on the floor.
But otherwise the staff were doing the best that they could do under the circumstances so hats off to them and shame on those customers that understandably were irritated but no need to be rude. Especially to those that I over heard that very rude when asked for the $500 per room deposit. If you don’t read the t&cs when booking you have no right to take it out on the staff.
