Property is in the Free Transit Zone, which facilitates you getting around the city centre. Should you wish to rent a car, a couple of companies are just around the corner. Chargeable parking is available at the hotel, and also in the area. There are a number of dining options in the area so there is no need to worry about what to eat. The hotel’s location, does not have nightclubs that blast music into the night. The room came with minor signs of wear and tear but it’s generally acceptable to me for this price point. Front desk staff during my stay were smiley and friendly.

We have stayed at Melbourne in the past but found this time around the facilities were not to the standard we usually experienced. A room service tray had been left outside our door when we arrived at the room at 4pm, the lack of extractor fan in the bathroom kept the room steamed and humid for a long time and there was only two body towels, neither of which were in good condition and very worn, in the bathroom with no spares in the storage. On the up side staff were very nice and friendly on check in and check out.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, within walking distance of shopping and eating out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The only things I would suggest is put more coffee sachets out as there were only 2 and the bed was quite small to what we are used to but again, these are very minor things!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, great surrounding area. It was nice to be situated near so many different restaurants and shops so we can enjoy our time in the city. The only sticking point about the hotel was the housekeeping. They had left what I think was their master key in the room twice during our four-night stay, and they sometimes forgot to replace the bathrobe. Otherwise, staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable to stay in. A great choice for business travelers who can afford a little bit of luxury.
