Loved the quiet and how close it was to the hospital, the staff were friendly and obliging, would suggest to have hand towels in the bathroom and maybe shampoo and body wash dispensers. I will definitely stay again :)

We stayed to help our daughter who was having surgery in a nearby hospital Was a fantastic location for hospital visits as well as proximity to kings park and the city Great walking track The free purple bus was fantastic Would definitely recommend and stay again

Kings Park Motel is exactly what it advertises to be - it’s not flashy, it’s not modern & fancy, but it is clean, comfortable & close to Kings Park & hospitals. It can be a little tricky to get in & out of as you need to u-turn coming from some directions. Parking is on-site but not necessarily in front of your room. Rooms were reasonable sized with a generous sized bathroom & shower, with strong water pressure & near instant HOT hot water. Comfortable bed, clean room & lovely plush carpet. Got a call from reception day of arrival to ensure I was on my way & would make check in time - which I did nearly miss due to flight delays but all good. Can be a little noisy with hotel neighbours & ambulances going past but nothing to distract the stay. Basic kitchen facilities in room, iron in communal laundry. Overall you get what you pay for with no frills. Was a comfortable stay & close to Subiaco, Kings Park & other Perth areas without the price tag

Our stay was safe and ok. The room very clean and parking on site really handy in a city location. A few things to note - You can hear the road so if noise is a thing then not ideal....but then it is the city! The fridge froze our milk so no cereal on the 2nd morning! The bed was really soft which we were not used to. Not bad though.
