I had a work event to go to and stayed for the night, during our stay the staff were professional, friendly and helpful, we were upgraded and had complimentary buffet breakfast for two included. Everything we needed was in our clean spacious room. The rooms were quiet even though there is a busy bar located in the lobby along with a restaurant. Convenient stores and handy public transport close by as well as easy and reasonably priced hotel parking. Only thing i didn’t like was the smokers cloud you walked into leaving the hotel. A designated area would help with people sitting on the garden beds close to the entrance.

Our bathroom toilet did not flush properly Our aircon would turn on and off as our key would slip out easily One of the lamps in our rooms was broken therefore we had limited light in our room Bathroom was below average, Was not a good shower or spacious Bed was comfy and TV was great, having a variety of different channels

Mould in bathroom, room very hot 17 outside and 30 inside, addressed matter with reception who stated they would have maintenance look at, 3 night stay hotter than hot and got no sleep. Room service limited and did not have items on menu in stock, over all very poor experience

We decided on the upgrade to junior suite. Spa Bath was fantastic and the room overlooked the river. Staff were very helpful to assist with a broken glass in the bathroom. Definitely will be back
