My daughter and I really enjoyed our time there. The staff were so friendly, the room was comfortable and spacious. The bath robe was sooo comfortable and warm - I really need to find one to buy. I don’t usually wear the robes in hotels but since it was my birthday yesterday my daughter insisted that I put it on so I could feel pampered and I really did 😊

Best days are behind her
My wife and I stayed two nights early January 2025 and I would not stay again sorry. The front desk staff do their best but they are relentlessly flogging IHG membership over hotels.com telling us they were'nt able to contact us about a rock concert outside our room in Night 1 because we had booked with a 3rd party which just isn't true. The hotel is becoming very tired the carpets are stained and frayed, badly in the southern rooms accessed by stairs and the exterior was just dirty. One thing I will say that is complimentary is that they were able to offer us a 6pm check out that we could pay for and we did and we really appreciated that.

The room was tidy,a little run down in areas though,carpets were worn and paint needed some touch ups. Room service was limited and they only delivered one meal but two drinks. We had previously stayed at Crowne Plaza three years ago. That was a great stay,this time not as good.

The rudest duty manager ever. She would Not let me have 1 visitor up to my room after 11pm. She also wouldn’t let me bring my partner back up to the room Because when I checked in my partner did not register….. absolute bull crap. She needs to find another job.

The property was not the newest, but everything was very clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable with down pillows and duvets. The staff are very friendly and the pool was fantastic with our kids. When we were there, they were just installing brand-new gym equipment.
