The rudest duty manager ever. She would Not let me have 1 visitor up to my room after 11pm. She also wouldn’t let me bring my partner back up to the room Because when I checked in my partner did not register….. absolute bull crap. She needs to find another job.

Everything was really good and would go back again, the only disappointment is the noise that comes from other rooms with the banging that was happening from 1030pm, took more than 1 hour to settle, not sure where it was coming from or it may have been from staff services??

The staff at the hotel were lovely, easy check-in and friendly service! The room itself (family room) was clean and large, however the air conditioning was warm, there was a mini fridge with milk in it, 2 mugs and glasses. Clean and comfortable, I’d suggest to maybe have a microwave and a set of bowls, plates and cutlery. Especially if you have young children and need to warm up bottles etc😊
