A real Jem boutique hotel. Highly recommended to type of travelers. Loves their coffee and tea bar in the afternoon.

Liked: Cleanliness
Great proximity to the main gondola for the ski hill, being only about a 10 minute walk. I'm a sound sleeper, but there's a lot of noise from the pipes and other industrial sounds in the room. This hotel is clean, and relatively comfortable, but not sure why it gets such high reviews. It's distinctly average.

New opened, clean and quiet but difficult to come by public transportation or without car driving.
Personally highly recommend for Japan local tourists
We enjoyed our stay at this quaint small hotel very much. We especially like the coffee and tea counter. The staff is friendly and always available to assist us when needed.
Brilliant location to access Kitanomine resort as well as local restaurants. This is the 2nd time I stayed during COVID but staff service, cleanness, onsen, breakfast and room etc... all brilliant. I can tell once the boarder opens, this place will rock!
Nice newer hotel, walking distance to lots of good restaurants and to the ski field as well. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the front side of the building and quite noisy at night - we think close to the heating system or something. The room was also small - even by Japanese standards as there wasn’t much storage, no closet and only two hooks. They do have ski lockers for storing ski gear which helps. We’d stay here again but get a different, quieter room.
Pros: very nearly (less than a year old); friendly staff good at English - have good recommendations for food in town both of which we were very happy with. Room a bit small typical of any Japanese business style hotel but all the furnishings were modern; bed, linens and pillows very comfortable and great water pressure in shower with enough places to place toiletries. A Handy mobile phone comes with the room you can take out with you to use internet. The public bath area was also very clean and water temperature just right. Everything made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. Hard to fault anything! The only slight negative was the public bath was only open during the night at 16:00-midnight, so we couldn’t use it in the morning.
Parking is available for free for hotel customers, hotel was clean and with comfortable rooms.
A convenience stall is just a few minutes walk away so not to worry about snacks to munch at night
