This spacious Penthouse (130 sq. m, 1,400 sq. feet), is at the 7th (top) floor of the building, with the most amazing view of Acropolis from a unique private terrace as well as from the inside of the apartment. A group of 5 guests can share this "state of the art" apartment and enjoy their autonomy.
Everything that the city of Athens can offer (museums, bars, cafes, bistros, restaurants, archeological sites, gyms, Hammam baths, tennis courts etc.) is within reach, since the flat is situated in the historic center of Athens.
The Penthouse with the absolutely unique private terraces (100 sq. m) can offer relaxation, sun bathing and candlelight or moonlight dinners. The view of the sunset is magnificent.
Special arrangements can be made for professional meetings at an extra cost depending on the type of the event.
The apartment consists of five separate rooms (130 sq. m) with a master double bedroom and own bathroom and terrace, a second double bedroom with direct view to the Parthenon and the Acropolis with own bathroom and kitchenette, a single bedroom with own toilet, a large kitchen with full facilities, a study room with table and a double sofa/bed, a large sitting/dinning room with Acropolis view and a spacious private roof garden (80 sq. m) with the most beautiful view of Parthenon, the Acropolis and many Archeological places as well as a second pergola shaded terrace (20 sq. m) with city view.
It is situated in the middle of the Historic and Commercial Center of Athens, with many places for food, drinks and shopping nearby. There is a Supermarket just next door as well as a Bakery and a Pastries shop. A Pharmacy is just around the corner and a Parking garage at a very short distance.
It is the only apartment on this floor of the building, so there is total privacy.
The beds are by Coco-Mat, a high quality brand for an excellent sleep and the furniture is of a very high standard. The kitchen is made of Corian and best quality systems and it has all necessary appliances.
The apartment is located on the seventh floor. You take the elevator to the sixth floor and then you take the stairs (approx. 15 steps) to the seventh floor.
The main bedroom is large and very comfortable and has its own en suite bathroom and has direct access to a pergola shaded sitting area offering great views of Athens and mesmerizing sunsets. One or two baby cots can be provided and placed in this bedroom if required, at no extra cost.
The second bedroom has a double bed with direct view to the Acropolis and the Parthenon and has its own bathroom and kitchenette.
The third bedroom is a small one, ideal for one person only, with view to Acropolis and the Parthenon and has its own toilet.
The apartment is ideal for five people, two couples and a single person but can accommodate, with the use of the sofa bed, up to three couples and a single person, seven persons in total, after agreement in writing.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned in all areas and has a fast Wi-Fi up to 50 Mbps. Every bedroom has its own TV set.
The sheets and towels in the apartment are the finest quality of cotton and are handled, washed and ironed by a professional company with the highest standards of European regulations.

This Penthouse is located in Monastiraki Square near Aghia Irini Church Square, one of the most vibrant places of Athens, right in the middle of the historic center of the city, with beautiful neoclassical buildings and gastronomic trends. A lot of facilities are available as well as various shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and Hammam.
The area hosts a variety of choices such as: Greek art shops, museums, galleries, new designer's studio, neoclassical homes and all ideal for walking around from the apartment.

The location is one of the most central of the city, thus access is very convenient, both by public transit, underground metro and taxis, mini Vans or cars. It is not far from Syntagma Square and the Parliament. It can be easily accessed with a direct line from the Airport by Metro which has a station just opposite of the apartment, at a rate of 10 euros per person, 45 minutes transportation time.
Parking for cars is provided near the apartment at about 7 euros a day.
A taxi or a mini Van may pick you up when you arrive at the Airport or other Port. The cost of the taxi from the Airport to the Apartment is 50 euros, daytime, the official flat rate that you pay to the driver, you do not have to wait at the queues and the driver knows exactly where the apartment is. He will wait for you with a sign with your name just after the customs. For more than 4 persons or for many luggage a mini Van may be required at a rate of 100 euros daytime. Travel time by taxi or Van from the Airport to the apartment is 40-45 min. Kindly please note that as from 1st January 2024, all reservations existing and future will be charged with VAT at 13%. This is a new law that is obligatory for all reservations. If you are not charged with this VAT you will be asked to pay the amount in cash on your arrival.
