Quietest Air Conditioner Ever , ive stayed in tons of hotels and this was the best AC unit. Quiet and cold , didnt wake me.up once. Hotel is in residential area so super quiet. The shuttle driver/check in agent/Owner Theodore was very nice and friendly , unlike the cats on the propery. Great service to an oceanside restaurant that was nicely priced and great views. Breakfast and airport transfers were included and breakfast was good but definitely different....hard boiled egg with cheese slices , greek yogurt, different types of bread and coffee tea or oj. Met people from Canada, US , and Europe there and would stay again and recommend.

For one night stay it’s convenient and transportation is provided . Property is 15 min walk to beach and good places to eat . 2 restaurants will pick you up form hotel and drop you back . Athens city is an hour ride using public transportation.

Convenient for a short stay between flights
We stayed for one night between flights. The airport shuttle was convenient but we were really delayed sure to our suitcases not arriving and the driver left after waiting for a point time. We had no way to contact him to let him know what was happening because the only phone number that was provided was without WhatsApp and we couldn't call international. The room was good. The floor wasn't so clean but everything else was fine. There was a tiny kitchenette with a kettle, a stove, and a mini-fridge, but there were no pots for cooking or any other utensils so that was useless. The kettle was full of mineral buildup so we opted not to use it. The shower was fine though the handheld part didn't work (or we couldn't figure out how to operate it). It's kind of in the middle of nowhere, though the guy who drove us and checked us in and out (I guess he's the manager) said that the beach is 10 minutes away walking and that there are restaurants there. There was a pamphlet in the room for a restaurant that delivers so we just ordered food. The breakfast is a nice addition. The weather was great so we slept with the balcony door open and there were huge mosquitoes. Would have been smart to have a screen on that door, as the curtain failed to protect us.

Panos was the best host ever! We flew into Athens at 1am and he answered our messages immediately to pick us up with the shuttle. He was ready to take us back to the airport at 6am the next day. Amazing host and great place to stay only 10 min from airport if you have a quick turnaround. Thank you for everything Peri’s

The property is in a suburban oasis near airport. The airport shuttle was accommodating and driver courteous and kind. We only stayed the night.room was clean and breakfast was nice, but simple.
