Staff and location were excellent. Big negative was the hotel room thermostat was sent not to go below 19.5c. Uncomfortably warm at night. Asked the staff to cool the room off more… they said they could not. Would not. Unacceptable for a “quality” hotel.

Horror story in the bathroom. Huge mould under rim of sink I saw when washing my teeth. Disgusting. Staff were great, location excellent, just hope I don’t get mould poisoning 😬

The room was ok for an overnight stay, we stayed here as it was close to the overseas passenger terminal, we were leaving on a cruise the next day. The room needed a makeover, the carpet was threadbare, the bed was comfortable. We had a look at the pool it was nice but you have to walk up stair to get to it.

The hotel was conveniently located for cruise ship boarding. The pier is across the street. Plenty of surrounding places to eat. The rooftop view is awesome for seeing the Opra House and Harbor Bridge. Comfortable beds.

The hotel is in the perfect location for cruisers. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Circular Quay Station etc. The hotel itself is nice enough, the room we had was small and the furniture could do with an update, but overall good enough. Would stay again.

On making a booking for a car for one night then, wrong night booked which took several emails to change finally to be told I dont need a booking at the desk, then being charged for 2 nights with an added $75 room charge ? then I paid charged via my phone for a full breakfast before asking what I wanted which was a continental, no refund was send to desk as promised and desk staff brushed me off, Im not sure I'll stay there again, it made a special weekend far too stressful , maybe understaffed but their attitude showed as I observed many patrons getting impatient waiting for their cars and not spoken to professionally , desk staff were doing that as well . I’ve now had three emails with invoices trying to correct my $1100 charge instead of $837 $75 for one car stay as quoted

Cobwebs in the windows, mold all over the bathroom. (I have the pictures to prove it) The room and halfways snelled like cat urine. Horrible stay, rude staff! Honestly they should be embarrassed charging as much as they do for something thats worse than a cheap motel. I don't often write reviews, but avoid this hotel!
