I stayed at a different hotel in Atlanta Premeter area last year and they did not charge us for a parking. I was shocked to know we had to pay $16 each night for parking that was not explained when I made a reservation. Our stay ended up higher than the budget we could get reimbursed. The parking fee should be included or explained in Hotels.com reservation site. The indoor pool was nice and warm even though we were told the water was not heated.

We were traveling for Medical purposes. We needed the hotel shuttle sevices to get to the hospital and back to the hotel. The shuttle service did not begin until half hour after my appointment time. We had to make other arrangement and barely made the appointment. The coffee maker in the room did not work and there was no refrigerator in the room.
