Great location in the heart of Barcelona! Always greeted with a smile from the doormen and front desk staff. Could use more water pressure in the shower. We will stay here every time we visit Barcelona for the walkable neighborhood and comfort!

The property is self is great. Excellent location, gorgeous view of the cathedral from the rooftop bar, in the middle of a vibrant shopping area. The staff was a little rude, questioning whether I belonged there because my wife and I were just traveling with backpacks rather than any luggage. The room turned out to be two twin beds pushed together and the view out our window was just of a large vent duct.

When I stayed here my hotel smelled like s*** like literal poop. I told management and they sent someone there to check it and they did something to the bathroom and it went away for an hour or so then returned. I then told them again and the manager went up to check and said he didn't smell anything then proceeded to say he was "sick" so that's why he couldn't smell it. This whole thing could have been avoided by giving me a new room but didn't even offer that. Then when I requested a refund since I had to sleep in a room that smelled like a sewer I received no response but they were quick to tell me who to contact.

Because we flew in frim the US we had no choice for what time we arrived. It was very early. We arrived around 7:00am. Grateful they took our luggage til check in, but we had to wait til 3:00 to get our room, after a long flight and with nothing open that early it was a very long wait.
