Hotel was somewhat on the sketchy side and seemed to be in a not so safe part of town. When entering the hotel, the music from the bar was extremely loud, to the point I couldn't hear the receptionist. While checking in, it appeared to have homeless folks wandering near the front door.

Well… the price was cheap, that was nice. Staff was very kind. The road noise in the room (8th floor) was VERY loud. No hot water in the shower. Other than that is was ok

The staff was very rude sheets on the bed was dirty called about it had to go get the sheets and put them on myself was told there was no house keeping. Very very unprofessional. Will not be staying here again.

I got the impression the hotel was closing, with unmotivated staff, very poor service, cleanliness, and bad breakfast. They charged me an additional $10 or $15, they refused to give me an answer, and didn't print out the details upon checkout. They promised to send it by mail, but I never received it. The staff was very aggressive in their responses, with no desire to work. They gave me a room in a non-smoking area, and the room smelled terrible of cigarettes. I asked to change rooms, and they wouldn't change my room until the saw me angry to asked for the third time to change a room that didn't smell like cigarettes. The room cleaning was terrible; they didn't take out the trash or take dirty towels. The breakfast was terrible.
