The room is spacious, staff is nice. Internet password provided in key sleeve did not work. Room is facing highway. I checked in at midnight, but tired, but can’t fall sleep due to the loud highway traffic noise. Bedding sheet has stain. I hope they can improve.

Not at all what was pictured. Upon entry the room reeked of smoke, the bedding was clearly stained and had wet spots, did not appear to have been laundered. The couch was filthy and also had wet spots. The toilet was not in working order nor was the ac in the room.

Very clean and well maintained. All 3 elevators were in working order. Receptionists were very easy to communicate with. Other employees including security were very welcoming. Continental Breakfadt was a highlight.

It was very quiet. My daughter and I were very comfortable. There were a lot of bookings that night but despite that, all was quiet and they accomodated lots of visitors during breakfast too despite the staff huffing and puffing

This property had a lot of sketchy visitors walking in/out of hotel from the road all day and night. Anyone can walk through the lobby doors or get on elevator. No room card needed. There is drinking in the bar and smoking right outside front door. There was a security guard sitting in lobby looking annoyed to be there. There was a polite staff member behind counter, but a rude staff member working there later in the evening. The rooms were decent, but no bathtubs! Also, there is only general cable on the tv. You can't log into the tv and watch your own YouTube, etc. I did not feel that safe here, even though it was in Druid Hills neighborhood. It's worth it to spend a few extra dollars and go to the Courtyard by Marriott up the street. I would not recommend this hotel for parents visiting with children who are there for doctor visits at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.

The staff was wonderful. The continental breakfast was awesome. The restaurant food was decent. Alot of construction around the area. The hotel lobby area was always warm and humid and smelt like weed. The hotel in general is dated. It's good for a overnight stay if you're passing through.

Bed was comfortable. The things that i didnt wnjoy were the room had some obvious maintenance issues, the door handle was extremely hard to open inside and out. Only worked if you jammed it up and slammed your shoulder into it. The key card stopped working each afternoon of my three day stay. Elevators were dirty and they removed the luggage carts for the weekend depatures. Staff was kind and housekeeping was phenomenal. It was what was expected for the price.
