I asked, multiple times have you, for an itemized invoice to which the property has never sent and now there’s a $463 fee that I have no idea what it’s for. It’s not the security deposit, because that fell off but beware of the smoke and mirrors game that this place plays. Also, the security deposited listed on hotels.com was not honored and I was set to $100 per night. I have the hinkering that that, coupled with the lack of an invoice might be tied to some not so legal activities

I really wanted to be happy with this hotel but we had problems galore-one tv didn’t work, the ac quit working, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, we found a bottle of lubricant under the foot of the bed, the fridge was frozen then melted and leaked. Once when we called about needing more towels TWICE we were hung up on and never got any towels until we went to the front desk. We booked two queen rooms but when we showed up we got two queens. How does that happen? Who got our rooms and what if we weren’t okay with the substitution? Is it acceptable to give our rooms away and then not compensate us? The advertisements say there is a restaurant on the premises but you can only order from the bar or room service for lunch and dinner, as the restaurant is closed for regular seating. There is a good selection for breakfast. Pool area has dirty cushions and it was a mess. Hotel needs updates-stains on our couch, dirty looking paint on the walls. Oh and one last thing…if you need pillows that aren’t pancakes be sure to bring your own. I was miserable! I thought Hiltons are supposed to have good standards. They used to years ago. Most of the staff were awesome though. Diedra at the bar is amazing. Some of the other staff were pretty special as well. Location is good for cleanliness, things to do, and it’s walkable.

1. Booked 2 double queen rooms, at check in I was told the last rooms of that type were ready given to another group. I had to get two rooms with 1 bed even though I had 6 people for 4 nights. 2. The pool was filthy, seemed like the pool equipment (pumps) were out of service. Bunch of dead insects around the perimeter of the pool. Chairs and cushions in the pool area were dirty, most likely never been cleaned. 3. Rooms need a deep cleaning. Curtains and carpets had stains that should be spot cleaned. 4. Housekeeping removed dirty towels but didn’t replace them with new ones and also left a dirty cleaning rag in our room on a day we didn’t request service. Not sure why they were in the room and didn’t get any explanation from the front desk. 5. Had a TV in a room that didn’t work. Asked for it to be fixed and was given a remote by someone at the front desk and was told to troubleshoot it myself. Asked for someone to check it out the next day and no one vet showed up. 6. One of the parking deck entry doors to the elevators was broken. Anyone could walk into the hotel at any time. A security issue like this should be high priority; seemed like it’s been in need of repair for a while. Overall the main positive about this property is its location. It’s in a prime location so I’m sure it’s usually busy. However, it needs a thorough deep cleaning and basic maintenance.

The front deskvstaff was great. However, I spent most of my weekend in the llobby because apparently there was a lot of kids in the room above me. They ran, stumoed and bang the floor the entire weekend and when i finally reported it to the front desk, the young man stated i should had reported it. I did, no one listened. I loved being a Hilton honors member but after this i may not stay with the Embassy in the future. I am so drained.

Hotel employees and service were excellent. Hotel is very clean, room was large and comfy, and overall the hotel ambiance looks and feels very good. Hot breatkast buffet was amazing. Only downsides would be the access to the hotel from the parking section to the hotel (this was a pain - had to walk out of the parking area all the way to the front of the hotel to check in) is highly inconvenient. Also parking fee is pretty steep.

I really enjoyed the stay! The only thing I didn’t like was the 200$ deposit when you arrived after youd already paid, most places it’s 100$, I know it’s supposed to be refunded but it’s kinda high especially if you’re on vacation

I have stayed an many Embassy Suite hotels. This was the only one that was unsatisfactory. The hotel staff was surly and difficult. The bartender for the complimentary happy hour was awful. There was no housekeeping service, and the 'suite' was smaller than most hotel rooms. Don't expect anything excellent or even satisfactory at this hotel.
