Okay, but Could Be Better

It’s been awhile since I’ve stayed at this hotel, so maybe that’s why I was so thrown ofd. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. The room’s fridge had a leak inside and some weird white tray with water on it. It also would’ve been great if Hotels.com mentioned the $100 hold. I expected some kind of incidentals fee but I wasnt expecting that much. Also, it would be great if Hotels.com and the Radisson could work on bringing back the free parking for loyalty members. Nothing about this hotel gives “paid parking” - even with its proximity to the airport. Lastly, Elizabeth at the front desk couldve been nicer. In my three day stay…her attitude stayed slightly crasp.

This property was interesting my key card to the room didn’t work 3 times. So inconvenient that I had to ask for them to be reprogrammed. On the day of check out I was bothered twice by housekeeping and they woke me up while I wasn’t even checked out yet like I was confused how they didn’t know I was still there as check out is at 12pm. The gym was barely functional like the one machine you’d actually want to use was not working. I wish I chose another place cause I love ATL but hated this hotel

Super friendly staff, and very attentive late at night...when we are all pissed off, cause the airlines (Delta) screwed us over, this location was a breath of fresh air..I'm a professional traveler (4-5 days a week)...Friendly staff, comfy beds, close to airport, 24 hour shuttle...should I continue, or just leave 5 stars here? Great job guys!..I actually overheard front desk calling multiple drivers at 1 a:m..to alert them of a new arrival at airport...That my friends is unheard of! Highly recommended!
