The parking garage elevator was not working so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. When you walk in the entrance it is hard to tell where check in is. At the time we arrived there was a band playing and it made the lobby hard to navigate through. Our room smelled like a stale cigarette the wall switches to open and close the blinds didn’t work. The shower curtain had what looked like blood on it. We booked a room for four people, and there was only two towels in our room I went to get extra towels and they told me there was closet on our floor that had extra stuff, when I went that was empty. The location was amazing right in the middle of downtown but the room its self was so so.

What a great place to stay! The welcome was Awesome, and accommodating as I had a lil glitch. The staff, and management patient and kind. The room was perfect, with all amenities needed, and a great bed. Alexa had my soca and reggae on point. The wifi and chargers were great for my meetings. Visiting the HBCU campuses, and transportation to the conference was easy. Will stay again, with the kids. My new Fav in ATL!

Too ‘Casual’ , noisy empty room next door had the alexia music going allllllllnight - I thought it was outside into o walked by the door the next morning. Lights on headboards all broken. Doors slam crazy hard/loud. Elevator from the garage was broken. Not a fan of bathroom barn doors. Awful view of the roof. It was within walkin distance of our venue and I did feel pretty safe. Obviously it’s geared for a younger crowd with less expectations.

I loved everyone about this hotel. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious. The views from the rooftop bar were great. It's located close to State Farm and Mercedes Benz arenas. Decor is chic. Alexa controls everything in the room.

If you're looking for a hotel close to the concert venues Reverb is well located. Its very modern, hardlined, minimalistic decor wasn't to our liking. The motion detector lighting under the beds was annoying, the elevators took an inordinate amount of time and often 1 or 2 of the 3 weren't functioning at all. The beds were comfortable. Service ok.

Nice Place, Great Staff
Staff was amazing. The only drawback was the beds. Very low to the ground and although quite stylish not the most comfortable. Parking is 45 a night which is standard.

From the moment i walked in everyone was amazing. The staff was so warm and inviting! the bartender even made sure i got to my uber leaving the hotel bc i didnt know where to go. They have everything you need in your room! i wish they had silverware in the amenities room. The pillows kinda werent to my liking. but other then that. i will be staying again!
