Parking garage I paid $12 per day for was shut down forcing long walk and elevator ride to lobby. All listed facilities like bar and restaurant are closed, only morning coffee bar remains. Took 4 hrs to fix/replace TV remote. Woke up last morning at 0845 to workers scraping caulk directly off our rooms windows (thought someone was braking in). Friends of the staff loitered in the lobby at all hours of the day.

When I arrived the person working claim he couldn't find my reservation after i had all the necessary documents to show my reservation, after about 15mins of waiting he all of sudden found it, i asked for 2 beds he said it wasn't available after i reserved it, standing water in the tub while showering, i stayed 4 nights and not 1 time did room service come to clean

Great experience during my 2 night stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and cozy. Really liked the tv app option in which I was able to login to Netflix and watch a couple movies before falling asleep. Got a super discount through Expedia, and got an awesome deal. I'll definitely be staying here again on future visits in the Atanta area!😄

High class room without all the pretensious fees. Free secure parking in a nice area. I suggest getting the "city view" room. Also this might sound trival, but the sofa is amazing. I actually spent just as much time sleeping in it as I did the bed.

My biggest disappointment was on your website it stated they have a restaurant and a bar and they have neither. They have a catering service that comes in and does breakfast for a fee. Just wish they would update that because I don’t like having to go out to eat when I’m in Atlanta.

I really like how secluded the area felt. Some of my Ubers even struggled to find the entrance which made me feel more comfortable with the location. There are plenty of walking distance locations, the Cumberland mall being the quickest at 5 mins max. The employees were amazing, efficient, positive, etc. The hotel itself was really pretty. A desk that also extends out if you need additional desk space. The couch wasn't the most comfortable, but it was really pretty also. Had a laptop stand next to it which was perfect since Im an online student. The bed was perfect! After I adjusted myself to it, the pillows were soft and cooling, the bed itself felt like a cloud. One of the best sleeps Ive gotten in awhile tbh. The bathroom was decent. Lots of counter space which makes me wish I brought my full makeup- skincare routine!. The shower pressure was good! Easy to use also. At the first floor I noticed they had a cafe/ Starbucks area. I didn't go over there, but I was surprised considering I didn't know that when I bought the room. I do recommend.
