Good location and comfortable for a night
We checked in to find out we had an exterior 1st floor room which was fine, we dropped our bags off and headed out for the afternoon and evening. Returning to the room at 10pm, there was several cockroaches around the air con unit and under the bed. Maintenance inspected and we moved rooms upstairs and were upgraded to a suite. Unfortunately it’s cricket season and there was quite a few crickets in the room, including in our shoes but I feel we will be better prepared for this in future. I didn’t want to use the pool after maintenance said that’s where most of the crickets were but I am a wuss when it comes to bugs! The breakfast selection was good, but get there before 9am to make the most of it. Overall not a bad hotel with a good location to south congress and walk up into downtown Austin.

Enjoyed my stay here. The only thing that I was kind of displeased with but with the manager did make right was they were unclear about the pet fee? I was told forty dollars a night for up 2 pets, as long as they're under seventy five pounds Then I seen my card was charged $40 per pet per day. When I spoke to the manager Raul, he did make it right Joseph. The gentleman who checked us and was friendly and helpful and even gave us a call to our room. To make sure everything was to our liking, I would definitely recommend this room. Hotel to anyone

The hotel was very cute and very Austin in appearance with all the art and features. It was a very convenient location and very close to Downtown. It had a sushi place attached to the hotel, that we did not get the chance to try, but looked really good. The hotel was very quite and that was needed after getting in very late after a concert.

I love the amenities they are clean and well kept. The free breakfast could use some improvement. We went an hour before the end of breakfast and they were out of everything except cereal and bread. Other than that it was a nice place.

Aiden Hotel was an excellent choice. So close to the freeway and St Edwards University. The front desk staff Chris was so friendly and helpful giving dining advice. We loved the delicious hot breakfast. Will definitely be back again.

A little gem
This hotel was a little gem of a find, had a little 7/11 across the street, the breakfast was excellent, a bar attached that was really reasonable which you could pay in cash, was also a sushi restsurant. it was a rabbit warren though lots of rooms, one of the lifts we had to use always had a terrible smell in it. The pool area was lovely we had it to ourselves for most of the day, it also had a hot tub. The only downside was check in was 4pm we got there at 6pm and room still wasn't ready, they gave us a little welcome pack when we eventually got ín, and the guy in reception was very good.

It was very convenient to the airport for our early morning departure. The place was very clean. The pool was an added bonus and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Lots of food choices. The hotel was spotless. The restaurant was very good too.

Staff members were friendly, room was clean, extra towels were already in the room. I also liked the variety of options for breakfast, the restaurants within the facility and the fact that the whole place is well maintained and beautifully decorated.
