Although it was a nice stay there is a lack of disability parking. We have mobility issues and was unable to park within a reasonable distance from the venue. There was 3 adults in the room and the only milk that was provided was a long life milk in a container smaller than a popper, unsatisfactory. I wonder if they could provide the little packets of 2 biscuits. When we arrived after traveling it would of been nice to have a coffee and biscuit. But my main complaints are about the parking and the milk.

We liked the pool area, the food at the buffet and the staff were ok. The room we stayed in had stains on the carpet, the air conditioner started leaking a lot of water all over a table lamp in the middle of the night, it was as though a pipe broke. There was a massive gap between the bottom of the rooms entry door and the floor, about half an inch. We put a towel along it so cockroaches and Huntsman spiders could not get in whilst we slept.

Good for families
Beautiful new refurb room which was lovely. Great pool and water park. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Italian restaurant at the resort was really good and not over priced.

We had a great night stay at sea world, the food was great and the accommodation was clean and great for our family but a minor issue with the parking, when it is full you have to park on the street which I wasn’t a big fan of but otherwise a great place to stay!

So well maintained and presented
Wonderful stay! The property is so well maintained and presented. Our water view room was incredibly comfortable and soundproof. Staff were lovely, food was fast and great value. Will definitely be coming back.

The room was fine, basic, clean with comfy beds. Pool lounges are old and need replacing. Breakfast had an average wait time to even get a seat of well over one hour but this was not explained on check in. Was told if the best time to eat was 6.30am. Evening food service no better. Ordered take away via the app which said 20mins. was then told 60mins minimum. Lack of staff everywhere.
