It was fantastic and the food at Sea World Resort is absolutely delicious, especially the breakfast buffet and BBQ

Good for families
Beautiful new refurb room which was lovely. Great pool and water park. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Italian restaurant at the resort was really good and not over priced.

We had a great night stay at sea world, the food was great and the accommodation was clean and great for our family but a minor issue with the parking, when it is full you have to park on the street which I wasn’t a big fan of but otherwise a great place to stay!

So well maintained and presented
Wonderful stay! The property is so well maintained and presented. Our water view room was incredibly comfortable and soundproof. Staff were lovely, food was fast and great value. Will definitely be coming back.

The room was fine, basic, clean with comfy beds. Pool lounges are old and need replacing. Breakfast had an average wait time to even get a seat of well over one hour but this was not explained on check in. Was told if the best time to eat was 6.30am. Evening food service no better. Ordered take away via the app which said 20mins. was then told 60mins minimum. Lack of staff everywhere.

We enjoyed dinner at resort x 1 night. We ate at the pool area with drinks for 1 x afternoon and walked across to Sea World. Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay.

The service was friendly however for the cost the rooms were dated. Being a family friendly resort I would have assumed indoor activities available for rainy days as the rooms are not big enough to be stuck inside. More healthy food choices e.g fruits etc

The booking did not exist! However you took my money from my account! This was a surprise for my sons birthday! To only have to stand at the counter with crying children arfter being told that the room i paid for with access to themes parks did bot exist!! Refund my money immediately! Further action will be taken!
