We had a comfortable room with a lovely view of the ocean (level 29). The hotel is right in the centre of Surfers Paradise so everything is literally on your door stop. With that convenience comes the noise and hussle of being in right in it. Thankfully sound proofing doors means as soon as you close your verandah all of that is locked outside. The buffet breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Parking was a nightmare. The car park is a public car park shared with the Paradise Centre and there is no designated hotel spots. Unfortunately we drove around for a very long time before we finally found a spot and then had a long walk to the hotel elevator. Modern day inconveniences. We had a pleasant single night stay and would have enjoyed a longer stay if we had the time.

This hotel is right of Surfer's paradise. We had had a deluxe room wrh ocean view and was in good clean refreshed order. Buffet breakfast is definitely worth booking, lots to choose from. Easy transport tram, train etc to almost anywhere on gold coast. . BUT, we were on on 27th floor and the street noise at the weekend was insane!. Earplugs soon cut it out the next night!. We willvisit again, good value, great stay all roundinthe heart

Half of the time the lifts didn’t work . Was told we got the best room on 35 floor ocean view but half of the stuff were falling off , the bathroom was not clean . The list could go on. View was the only best thing .

Terrible rude staff at the time of check in. No customer service and no understanding. Great location but if stops there. The room we initially got was outdated and smelt bad like old damn carpet and bathroom was dirty with moulds. You can smell the cleaning chemicals being used in there. Was told we had to pay if we want to change room! Not like other hotels we’ve stayed where complimentary upgrade was offered. The bed and pillows weren’t Constance. Aircond felt some what damp and didn’t cool the room despite being on the coolest setting! Pool water looked murky. The spa was cold and the jet wasn’t working (apparently been under maintenance for quite some time now). Breakfast was below average and repetitive. Unfortunately the whole experience with this hotel was underwhelming and we will not be returning back to this hotel and would not recommend this to anyone.
