Great property. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Pool was amazing. Parking was even better with a high vehicle (IYKYK). Staff were a great help with everything, we were even offered a day pass after checking out to use the amenities and keep our car parked while we enjoyed the last of our holiday time.

Great position central to everything with a nice pool area . Room needed extra bits and pieces .Tea towels crockery and cutlery. Furniture and fittings are very tired and could do with an update .

Didn't like the TV set-up. Only got the ABC and trying to set it up to get more was nigh on impossible. Other than that it was a great room and the Hotel is in a superb position. Not there to watch TV anyway, but after hours would have been nice to relax with more options.

The one bedroom apartment was lovely it was clean, modern and well equipped, unfortunately my only disappointment was the bed and pillows in the property, they were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever come across ever in a hotel/resort. This is one of the most important things of a getaway, a comfortable bed and quality pillows.

Overall this hotel is a very good place to stay for an extended visit to the Gold Coast being within walking distance of great beaches and excellent dining options. I would however recommend staying on the northern side of the resort as the street noise on the southern side is quite loud and persistent.

Position was everything! Across the road from the beach, watching the waves roll in from my bedroom & lounge room view, was fabulous. On the few cold, windy, rainy days, it made for a beautiful, peaceful retreat with that view. Reception Staff were professional & polite. Improvements - tiny ants in the kitchen (reported on departure), safety floor bolt missing from sliding outside door, bathroom window catches seemed loose/hard to close, (felt a little unsafe), previous guest salad dressing still in the back of the fridge on arrival.

Apartment overlooking the ocean during winter months is magical. The apartment we were in is very basic but has everything we need. Smart TV with Foxtel in the bedroom would be good.
