Absolute 5/5 in my opinion! Clean spacious rooms, comfortable bed & pillows. Coffee shop right next to main reception. Friendly staff. Loved the access to the level 19 executive lounge, the afternoon canapés oysters on a Saturday night was a nice surprise! The breakfast in the executive lounge was amazing, best selection. Highly recommend this hotel

The room was great! Wit the cyclone, no access to the pool was understandable, but no gym or steam room was only explained by a rude staff member saying 'its not availble', no sorry, a meal voucher or apologies for charging a normal rate and not providing the services advertised. Staff member needs an attitude adjustment too.

We enjoyed a couple nights of luxury in a club room over Christmas. The rooms were lovely. And so many complimentary inclusions including parking, coffee, chocolates, bottled water and even a couple of teddy bears for my nieces. Staff went above and beyond to please and look after us. Staying in a club room not only gave us access to food and drink but a lovely lounge to hang out in with a great view. Highly recommend this lovely resort and hope to stay again in the future.

No care for customer satisfaction. Terrible.
Reception seem to not be able to help in anyway to fix a booking error or issue a credit so I could rebook my stay… until it came to wanting to charge me more money, all of a sudden they could do exactly what my original request was, being issued a refund for the cheaper booking so they could charge me triple the price for the original one. Wasn’t even asked if I enjoyed my stay. One star service, terrible customer care. Will not stay at the Gold Coast star properties again. Disappointing.

Lovely rooms, comfy beds and nice pool area. My only feedback would be that the numbering system for rooms is confusing as it has the tower number 1 in front of it and this is not explained at check in eg. Room 1025 is actually 11025 !
