The hotel though was going through renovations, the TV, telephone or any electrical was not working. Changed room and the room reeked of cigarette smell. Complained to the front desk as I did not want to be charged. Having said that, not a great experience!

I don’t like this time, I found a lot cockroach on my room, I call to front desk and the just did change me to the next room, also on that room we found too cockroach. We only want to sleep that night, so we just ignore on the second room. I will never return to this hotel.

The location was great for proximity to the COTA shuttles and a quick Uber to 6th Street. The staff were pleasant and helpful despite having to work in a run-down hotel. The one bright spot was that I only found one cockroach on my bed the entire weekend.

A very run down property that is in great need of refurbishment. The room was dirty, some of the lights didn't work. There was no door on the bathroom or toilet. The room smelled because of bad air conditioning. The room had no fridge. Breakfast was terrible and self service. The gym was tiny and was closed due to faulty equipment. I would never stay there again.

We went to Austin for Formula 1. We had stayed at La Quinta in San Diego and really enjoyed the resort. This is a motel, dirty, bugs, we had to go down to lobby to get extra towels and toilet paper and then the employee made me go with her to the third floor storage room-if it was a guy-hell no! This structure needs to be knocked down. The only reason we stayed is because we didn’t find bed bugs! Low bar. It has hot water and the beds were clean and comfortable and it was close to bus pick up for F1. That’s it!

Very friendly front desk staff, but the valet driver lost our keys. Eventually they found our keys but we had to wait for about 20 minutes for them to find them. Property was very run down but the room was clean and it’s conveniently located.

The carpet was full of stains and the room smelled like Cat urine all over. There was a dirty rag of the previous person that stayed in that room on the shower head. Toilet smelled a little funky and the handle on the toilet was not functioning properly. For $125 a night, really disappointed.
