4 mins to be acknowledged by window clerk at check-in while she was engaging in random conversations with 2 guests in front of me. The bathroom has several rust stains on the steel rods holding the towels. I went and asked room service for larger towels since medium was as big as a large hand towel and was informed that's the biggest size they have. The biggest size barely wraps around your waist and stops above your knees. The shower had someone else's hair strains in the tub and shower curtain. No bodywash provided, one very tiny bar soap for 1 person even though the room was booked for 2. Smaller than travel sized shampoo and conditioner sets. The carpets smelled and the hallways were so heavily deodorized as if they were trying to cover up a stench. The breakfast provided were disgusting and extremely limited and mediocre. One elevator on each floor, very inconvenient if your room is on the opposite side.. a lot of walking with bags to get to the elevator. The Wi-Fi signal was a struggle and the TV.... limited channels and error message "No signal" on the available channels. This stay was for my bday weekend and I am very disappointed in myself to have chosen this hotel and paid in full before arrival. It looked better online. I'm sure there's more that I'm omitting. At this point I'm over it and will not recommend this hotel.

They threw us out they are not pet friendly not even because of a service dog. They are watching the cameras like your a thief we did not even get to stay inside as soon as we walked in we were thrown out back to the streets we drove 600 miles to go to a funeral service worst experience ever I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!

Never turn on the AC
Overall it wasn’t a bad room and the service was very good. However the room stank when we got there and we realized it was coming from the AC unit. We spent the remainder of the stay with it off and the window open trying to get rid of the stink but it never went away.

An oasis.....need s more signage. I thought maps showed you. on west side of I-35. You are on Eastside. Access entrance/ exit a bit risky. Breakfast could be extended to 9am.

Check-in staff member (Marina?) was very personable and efficient, handling a busy check-in time well. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby is attractive. Hot breakfast was good, with two rooms for seating.
