My original room I booked had someone in the room when I went to the room. I went back down to the desk to notify the desk staff. She was great with giving me another room. The downside was the room they put me in was noisy as hell. You could hear everything through the walls and even others flushing the toilet. In the morning it was horrible I was awaken by construction and sounds of running toilets. This was my worst stay at an Aloft. I book Alofts everywhere I go and this was horrible!

Good amenities, beds are terrible.
Main issue with the stay is the bed. Matress looked 20 years old, was only about 8 inches thick and all springs. Most uncomfortable bed ever slept in.
