We were on a family vacation, they picked us up from the airport right as we exited. Our check-in was smooth despite a delayed flight and the late hour. The service at the hotel was phenomenal mid you want excellent service this is they place to stay.

When I first checked in, they had a terrible check in service but they more than made up for it. This is definitely 5 star hotel. The free breakfast is unbelievable. The best in Bangkok.

We had a great stay here for the few nights we were in Bangkok. The room was spacious and we all slept very comfortably. We really appreciated the complimentary macarons & chocolates too. The hotel was lovely (it always smelled amazing) and despite not planning to use the pool much, it was so good we went everyday inbetween site seeing. The breakfast buffet is absolutely legendary and we couldn’t quite believe how much food was available there, and all of it so tasty. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, and they even let us visit the roof just to see the amazing view (we couldn’t do the sky bar as we were travelling with our 6 year old daughter who was too young to go in). It’s in a great area and easy to travel round Bangkok from. It’s a ten min walk from Sathorn ferry and the BTS skyline too & very near IconSiam. Only very slight grumble is there were three of us - me, my wife and our daughter - and there were no extra sheets or towels provided for our daughter. They did provide some when we asked though, and she slept well on the comfy sofa. But once the room was cleaned they were all removed again. A super minor problem though, we loved our stay and would definitely return.

This property is great if you want to stay near the water. Views were spectacular staff as always the Thais were Friendly and couldn’t do enough,. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff are all so friendly and the hotel helped us receive our lost luggage by working with the airline directly. The breakfast buffet is included and has a variety of delicious food. The room is very clean and matches the pictures. There are many great restaurants in the hotel as well as room service. The AC is super powerful which is great on a hot day in Bangkok. Highly recommend and would happily stay here again!

Big room, friendly staff, excellent check in and check out service. Housekeeping was excellent! But the lift sometime has aircon and sometime doesn’t, quite slow :D Overall this hotel was great and in a very convenient location/area. Great gastronomic experiences in one hotel stay
My husband and I had a 3-night stay at the hotel. The furnishing and decor of the hotel room are relatively old, yet the amenities are excellent. The suite room is very spacious and comfortable for even a longer stay. We enjoy particularly our fine dining experiences at the hotel's michelin-starred restaurants namely the Chef's Table, Mezzaluna and Sirroco.

The prices of the restaurant for three people we pay more than a thousand dollars this is a robbery and an abuse I would not return to that hotel or recommend it
