My wife, her cousin and myself had the most memorable time ever. Our dining experience was top tier. The breathtaking views made us feel like we were on top of the world. Brilliant hotel

The service was incredible and they provided drinks vouchers for the sky bar in return for making an error with our room booking. The room itself was very spacious, though just starting to show its age slightly as the shower temperature was uncontrollable and the wardrobe light was sparking when opened. The facilities were excellent and all in all this was a brilliant hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Decepción en esta segunda vez en el Lebua

Mi segunda vez en el Lebua y me decepcionó. Era un hotel 5* pero ahora se convirtió, siendo muy benévolo, en un hotel de apenas 3*, lo que implica que no vale lo que se paga. En primer lugar, el desayuno, antes 100% completo, ahora ni frutas ofrecen. Después en el área de la piscina había un baño con duchas para refrescarte antes de ir al aeropuerto a tomar un vuelo, ahora parece una letrina y ni duchas tiene. Hay que utilizar los servicios del restaurante. Hace años funcionaba un mall de 4 pisos, pero el mismo se cerró y parece un edificio fantasma con solamente dos comercios. ¡Deprimente! Lo que sí conserva es la comodidad de la habitación en el domo del hotel (pisos 51 a 62, que son las más costosas), la limpieza general y los demás servicios. Sin embargo, hay que mencionar que actualmente están en funcionamiento solo dos de los elevadores que llevan a esas suites (y al mirador y restaurantes ubicados en el piso 64), convirtiendo cada viaje en una larga espera, llenos de gente y parando en todos los pisos. Lo que también se mantiene es la amabilidad, profesionalismo y simpatía de todo su personal.

I was very surprised of the welcome greeting and check in process. In my room I had everything I could possibly need and all employees were super friendly and attentive. Pool was amazing and the rooftop restaurant had top quality food and drinks.
