This hotel is in need of renovations. The paint on the balconies is chipped. I stayed in two different rooms. I was transferred from the first because of renovation noise from the next room. Both rooms I stayed at are worn. The bathroom floor is chipped in many places. The wood floor is scratched and should be resurfaced. The cabinets near the handle pulls are worn. The gym is small with old equipment. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. The free breakfast is very good.The price is good for what you get.

This property is 10 out of 10. Beautiful hotel, spacious and super clean rooms. Personnel is friendly, respectful, professional and welcoming. Restaurants are really good, wished they had more variation but you will definitely eat something they offer, not sure for a kids friendly menu as I did not travel with children. I high recommend and will surely be returning to Lebua.

We loved our stay at Lebua, we were lucky enough to have a suite which included lounge access and breakfast. Breakfast had a wonderful variety every day and each evening we enjoyed a wine and afternoon snacks in the club lounge. It was a nice way to watch afternoon storms rolling in. The staff are so helpful and go out of their way to make your stay memorable, including packing a huge breakfast box for us on our last day as we had an early check out. A good way to get around the city is a day pass from the boat depot around 500m away, for 300 baht you can get an all day hop on and off pass to see the sights. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

Excellent service, room and complimentary breakfast! The restaurants and bar prices are way too high so I chose to dine and drink at the many other options available in Bangkok!
