We had a double room at square wing and we needed to change the room as the whole side of the hotel was having repairs daily with all the drilling noises and men hanging on spiders. The new room was on the other side of the hotel hence, could not hear any noises from the repair works but the central AC is super noisy. I didn’t realize it was a problem until a very friendly kind staff reported this to the front desk and we had a tech man checking the AC. The noises got slightly better but it got louder overtime, especially in the quiet hours of the night. The breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from but be mindful, you would struggle to enjoy your breakfast after 9:30am. The staffs are helpful and responsive, but don’t personally think I enjoyed the stay due the noisy AC and repair works. Could have been better equipped with modernized facilities being a 4star hotel.
