The location is convenient for catching the BTS..maybe 5 minutes walk. The lobby appears impressive…but once one sees the square wing rooms, that feeling of impressiveness quickly disappears…the hallways..and rooms of the square wing are very much in need of updating…maybe the Sky Wing rooms are nicer…I can only guess as I never ventured to see that area.

When I arrived, the check-in person took my passport and disappeared for 5 minutes. Other staff were standing around, and no customers were checking in other than me. They then told me I had to pay a refundable 1000 baht cash fee before I could check-in, and it couldn't be on my credit card. The room decor was dated and it looks like it hasn't been updated for decadaes When I had a taxi driver scam me out of almost $100, I asked for the hotel's help in calling the police. I finally could file a report, but the hotel staff would not allow me to make a local call from the hotel phone, and they refused to provide me with any support. The service overall was horrible. It is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

I have visited the hotel more than ten times so far, and I will be returning tomorrow, 2nd December 2024. I really appreciate the halal breakfast and the ease of cooperation with the staff. I have a couple of suggestions for improvement: 1. Frequent guests should be given priority for upgrades, as this would encourage repeated visits. 2. For the first time during breakfast, I found it difficult to find a table to sit at.
