The salt water pool and area by the pool is zen I would recommend this location especially if you are ok with walking 7-10 minutes to the BTS station - there is also a shuttle...

Excellent experience, good welcoming gesture from staff. Great spacious room, bathroom could be a little bit bigger to accommodate toiletries near the mirror. Omelette options were limited. When I asked chef to cook it well done due to language barrier she was unable understand, and just shook her head in affirmative. Overall great place to stay.

The staff are hands down the best
I really enjoyed our stay here. The room was huge and very comfortable. Seperate AC controls for living room and each bedroom. Location was also really good, bear the BTS but also only 30-40 minute taxi rides to most things even in traffic. Also very close to 3 malls and a bunch of food courts. Best of all though, the staff are caring, kind, and very helpful. Probably the best staff I’ve ever seen at a hotel

Good hotel but shame about the apartments
The hotel location is good as it’s close to shops, bars and malls but the property is very tired and desperately need to be renovated as I mentioned this about 7 years ago when I stayed here but nothing has changed. Kitchen areas are tired, dusty and dirty around the cupboards. Also the shower in the bathroom is clearly not high enough to have a stand up shower unless you are super short. Staff are super friendly and helpful though which is a shame as the apartments really can do with some updates.

The hotel room is quite big. We booked a triple bed room. Staffa are friendly and we appreciate the free til til service that drives us to the nearest BTS Chidlom station.

Friendly staffs, big smile. Room is spacious and clean. Lighting of the kitchen is too dim. A big problem, the A/C "generator" on the balcony which just right next to the bed made terrible, disturbing noise like every 15~30 mins, make sure you are drunk enough to sleep, or don't switch on the A/C would help.
