I love this hotel except for the fact that they have a smoking area on the 11th floor and it stinks in the elevator if they open the door on that floor .Hotels in Asia normally smell good they should work on that but staff is great and location also very good floor

I have stayed in Radisson Blu about 3 times in the last year. This stay over the Halloween 2024 period was by far my least satisfying experience. The hotel has nice spacious rooms, great buffet breakfast, and courteous staff overall. However, my stay was spoilt by a poor experience in the Twenty-Seven Bites Brasserie restaurant on Friday 1st Nov 2024. Details : - I booked the restaurant for two the week before I arrived. The dinner highlight was on seafood, with a crabs speciality. - I informed the restaurant in person that I will arrive “late’ around 8:30pm. They assured me the food will still be available as the buffet closes at 10pm. - However, by 9pm , we noticed the feature dishes like king crab, prawns etc were not replenished. - By 9:30pm, the featured desserts had mostly run out. To make matters worst, we saw that the staff had begun to clean up, well before the 10pm closing time. So we left very disappointed, as we felt short changed. As a five star hotel, Radisson should assure the diners that all dishes are available till closing time…or indicate that the dishes are only available ‘whilst stocks last’.

Situated on the busy Sukhumvit Road and between 2 major shopping malls and also many other shops and restaurants dotted around this hotel. Transportation is also excellent and with easy access to the Airport Sky Rail link 1 MRT station away.
