The hotel was average. It was very clean and the staff were extremely nice but the construction definitely takes away from a high level of comfort. The pool is open but not kid friendly. For our first visit to Bangkok we felt in the middle of the action but a little too far from popular attractions.

Very spacious room, clean room, and currently going through some renovation. Best was staffs and worst was neighbors- old and dirty. But that is common. I wish they improve TV system do that we can watch netflix, yourube. They only had some old model and not supporting those webbased appps.

The hotel was in renovation, so we have to accept some inconvenient like swimming pool unavailable. The noise was very acceptable. Staff very nice and gentle, good breakfast, very well located to 200 meters of Silom BTS, Piers,etc. I will come back in the futur when the renovation work will be done. I recommend it.

Great location near the BTS and the river pier for easy transport around the city. Very comfortable room with a large balcony to take in the views. Would stay again.

A nice hotel that has recently been renovated, with some areas still requiring completion. Our room was comfortable, however there was an unpleasant smell emanating from the drain plugs in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of foods. Good location, near the river.

The property was extremely convenient to both the BTS Sky Train and Water Taxis making is easy to travel to all parts of the city. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely help while the cleaning staff took great care to make accommodations by adjusting their cleaning routine to my hours.
